Join us for a relaxing time as we learn a step by step meditative self-healing technique that you can later practice on yourself. Sara Petrous, a Healing Touch practitioner, will guide you through a session that will leave you feeling calm and centered. Healing Touch is an energy therapy that promotes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Some reasons for using Healing Touch are to relieve pain, reduce stress and alleviate symptoms from various ailments. Sara will speak to the benefits of Healing Touch and how this modality uses heart centered intention to balance and restore your energy field and chakra system. During the session you will be seated while gently placing your hands on various locations on your body including your head, heart, knees and feet. Movements are slow, deliberate and very easy to follow.
