Virtual Pilates Class
We will be doing a virtual Pilates class via Zoom this month, with host Jacqui Pilkington, STOTT Certified Pilates & Total Barre Instructor leading the class! Please wear comfortable clothes and have 2-5 pound weights (if you don't have weights, you can use 2 plastic water bottles!).
