Tell us a little bit about your business.
I help women clarify and create their financial lives through planning. Since there’s no one sits fits all approach to money, we at LOTUS do this through a wholistic process that takes into consideration their unique situation and personal goals. In addition to the typical aspects an advisor assists with like investments, cash flow and insurance, we also help clients with things like life transition planning and organizing their finances.
How did you get into this business?
My dad was a banker, it wasn’t until I was about 35 that I realized many of the people around me didn’t have the upbringing I did around personal financial literacy…and I wanted to change that. Everyone should be equipped with the tools to build a financial future that fits them!
Do you have an ideal client?
My favorite clients are those women that are ready to stop stressing about money and want to “get their hands dirty”, working with me to start figuring out what they have, and how they need to align that to start to move in the direction of the future they’d like to see.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Bringing people together. It hurts my heart to see the pain and divisiveness today. I’d love to waive a wand and see families and communities come back together!
